Anthony Sutton (Managing Director)
Anthony is a founder and Managing Director of
Cream HR. Prior to this he founded and was a
Director of a highly successful IT recruitment
agency.
He has vast experience in key areas of business
including recruitment, retention, restructure,
change management, training and development,
performance management and coaching. This experience
being gained working for or with companies such as
Yahoo, Opsware Inc, Cap Gemini, KPMG, Clear Channel
Entertainment, MCI and Halcyon Fine Art Group.
Anthony holds a BA (Hons) degree in economics and
is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Law.
Lita Kirwan
Lita works as a consultant providing a wealth of
expertise to Cream HR on all legal aspects of
employment. Originally highly successful in
business, she has a legal background and has
dedicated the last eight years to employment law.
Andrew Watson-Smith
Andrew is our Operations Director, providing
exceptional back-office support ensuring that we
have a secure and solid platform to support our
expanding business. He possess extensive management
experience and has had a long and successful career
in IT holding senior positions with organisations
such as Unisys, Teradata, Perot systems and IBM.
